Rabbi Yisraeli learns in the LINK Beis Medrash every morning and is a valuable resource with an encyclopedic knowledge of Shas and Poskim. He is a member of the RCC Beis Din in Choshen Mishpat as well as the Rav of Kehillat Bnei Torah in Pico (which he recently founded). A native of Iran, he began his serious Torah studies after his family came to Los Angeles in his late teens. He learned for close to two decades in Yeshivas Ner Yisrael in Baltimore, receiving his semicha from Rav Moshe Heineman, the Av Beis Din there. He also holds a semicha from the Beis Din HaGadol in Israel in the areas of Gittin and Choshen Mishpat. Besides learning and teaching Torah, Rabbi Yisraeli is also a certified mohel, sofer and shochet. He and his wife Shira are the proud parents of eight children.
